What type of mobile device are you using?

To view your recent call history on both Apple and Android phones, usually you'd open the Phone app then click on Recents tab.
By default you should see the last 30 days history of incoming and outgoing calls.

If you're looking for call history on your EE account or billing, you'll only see itemisation of outgoing calls if you have already set this up.
You can call Customer Service on 150 if you'd like to add this feature. It's not possible to see a list of your incoming calls on your bill/account.
