This didn't work.</P><P>Twice I phoned customer support and tried their options of receiving a text. These said it was successful. Twice it didn't work.</P><P>I have tried at least 3 phone members besides the ones EE suggest so I could speak to a non robot but all numbers I've found so far take me straight to the automated options.</P><P>I cant believe that customers of yours, for about 10 years, can have such an issue and nobody in authority there gives a dam.
