&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This could be caused by a number of different things, but there are checks to see what it could be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you know of anyone else on EE at the same location that is seeing a similar thing happen?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you enter the postcode on our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank"&gt;network checker&lt;/A&gt;, are there any problems showing in the area?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try to turn airplane mode on for a few minutes and restart the phone to see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot hear phone audio</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attempted to make phone calls this morning but cannot actually hear anyone on the audio and I do not know if this is a technical issue or a service provider issue? It seemingly sprung up overnight?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
