&lt;P&gt;It does sound like you have tried everything you can and I would suggest contacting Google to see if they can offer any further troubleshooting to get this resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>RCS/SMS issue on Google Messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In a conversation with somebody also on EE and with RCS enabled, Google Messages is constantly switching between SMS and RCS. When I send a message it says RCS chat with ..., when they reply it goes to Texting with ... and back again. It started a few days ago and to my knowledge no settings were changed anywhere in the meantime. I've tried clearing Messages app cache and reinstalling, no luck. Has anybody else had this? I'm probably going to send feedback to Google if it's app issue. I will also add, no network issues, happens both on WiFi and data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No help from google at all. But, I've noticed the other phone had WiFi Calling off. Once turned back on, strangely, the issue was resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
