Hi Sandra did you manage to get it sorted as I am having the same trouble I can recieve texts and send texts but no incoming or outgoing calls

Hi, I have spoken to EE and they seem to think it's because my SIM card is
old. They are sending me a new SIM within 3 days. Hopefully this will solve
the problem. EE are very difficult to get through to on the phone, however
there was an option for a call back and they called back within 10 mins.

They said the same thing to me in the technical department my sim card is too old my phone is too old I have tried it in another phone still does the same thing I dont know what to do for the best I have been without calls since last week thanks for your reply hope you can get your problem sorted soon

Hi has anybody else got no incoming or out going calls but can text and recieve text mine went off last week been in touch with ee said my phone might be too old or the sim were to old tried it on another phone it still does the same thing dont know what to do for the best

Hi Jane, sorry for the delay. I received my new SIM today (Royal Mails delay rather than EE) but I'm happy to say my phone is now working perfectly. After a stressful week hopefully it's all ok now.
