Blocking short codes or text messages

Hello Dear Forum Members,

Does anyone of you experience blocking short codes or text messages from Nexar? This is the program that supports my car camera. To start it I need to receive a verification code from Nexar. It seems that EE blocks sending this query to Nextar and therefore does not receive a text message with this code from them.

Yes, I can recive shorts codes from other companies/devices.

I think the best thing to do is call our technical support team so they can double check this and work on getting this sorted out for you.

I am having the same problem today with trying to use Nexar for the first time with my camera, and the SMS never arrives, I am also on EE. Can I ask how this was resolved for you in the end, and what i need to do, please. Thank you 🙂
