Amazon OTP codes

Over the last couple of days we have been unable to receive Amazon OTP codes. Any idea how we fix this? I have just spent an hour on the phone with Amazon who were about as much help as a chocolate teapot!

Welcome to the Community.

Are you able to receive OTP codes from other companies?

You may need to call Customer Service directly on 150 where the technical team can investigate the cause of your codes from Amazon.

If it is only the OTP codes from Amazon, I'd recommend speaking with our tech guides so they can have a look at your account and make sure that everything is set up as it should be for you to receive them.

Hi Michael, thanks. I don’t know how, but the problem is now resolved. I’m going to use another authenticator in future
