I been having problems with ee network on first incoming calls and out goinng calls i speak but no one can hear me so i ring agian then it works on the second attempt sometimes the third

I tested the microphone with google search but it can hear my voice i checked the settings of the phone but nothing is muded so its not the phone

This is very anoying when i got a elderly mother that needs my help or i need to make inportant legal calls

I'm sorry you are having issues with your calls. Does this this happen in multiple locations?

As a test of whether you're using 4G-voice, try using mobile data whilst on calls.

Does this always happen with calls to or from particular numbers?
