    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; We have 2 iphones on my account.&amp;nbsp; All of a sudden, both mobiles cannot receive any SMS messages if they are from a sender name.&amp;nbsp; For example, if the come from a number, they come through fine, but if the sender is a name i.e. -EE- with a verification code, neither of us receives these any more.&amp;nbsp; We can't use my bank card because the bank sends a code from NATWEST instead of from a number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find any settings that could possibly cause this.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping someone has an idea? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There won't be such a setting. SMS from nos. &amp;amp; from names are treated equally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect you have an issue with automated/bulk SMS rather than the "from" line. You may well end up contacting CS to report this as a fault, follow their technical escalation process which can culminate in a fault ticket being raised. Things to check first...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a recent problem, when did it start? Do you have a ported-in number, or native-EE issued? When was the last time you switched your phone off/used flight mode for &amp;gt;10 minutes?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply, but clearly this isn't the case.&amp;nbsp; Seeing as we are receiving all SMS from numbers and Zero SMS from names, including EE sending verification codes.&amp;nbsp; Thanks though&lt;/P&gt;</description>
