    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am a pay 'monthly contract'&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am unable to call the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;+44 7953 966 150 It cuts&amp;nbsp; off after I press option&amp;nbsp; one..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp; have put in SPEND CAP&amp;nbsp; to I50 but no response&amp;nbsp; they were bouncing back for days until I topped up the sim but still no response.. probably a mistake on my part topping up and would ask EE to transfer it over&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I NEED to top up the roaming account I thought I&amp;nbsp; did this when&amp;nbsp; I landed in Doha 1st August ..everything worked ok upto the 14th August abroad and after a system upgrade at work&amp;nbsp; on 15th they are are asking people to change Passwords&amp;nbsp; which i did but all my verification messages never came though on every method on my Mobile and PC&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;OR&amp;nbsp; can you send me the options to add to my bill the thing is I have been unable to do any work or access Outlook MS teams or local data systems not receiving 2 step verification calls as it is blocked it would&amp;nbsp; the verification systems work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Basically i cannot receive calls&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have sent various messages to work IT tea m to use my local sim number through Globe that is the number i am calling EE&amp;nbsp; have asked work them to suspend to suspend 2 step verification throuhg 4 enquirys and private email&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But I&amp;nbsp; keep getting cut off i can afford to pay the wifi&amp;nbsp; as internet is fast and using Work VPN as well..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;would be grateful if you can help me resolve this issue on where and how i can repay&amp;nbsp; the top up&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kevingerbs1968&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to top up SPEND&amp;nbsp; CAP number this has impacted on my two step verification to my outlook MS teams&amp;nbsp; and work data systems no one can call me either. and cannot call People ... i can only contact people through 'whats app' or messenger.... EE does not answer calls cuts me off from my local sim&amp;nbsp; in philipines . I am going to consider my whole package as the EE are not fit for purpose noting the billions they are making in profits .&amp;nbsp; is there is anyone out there who can help me i would appreciate it or a human i can talk to instead of a BOT. EE&amp;nbsp; are putting my employment at risk.... I have paid £20 as a top up but has not worked either&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've mentioned paying a £20 top-up, which would suggest you're on PAYG. Spend Cap is only applicable for pay-monthly contracts. Which are you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is the underlying issue you have? You mention 2FA which suggests an issue with text messages?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4498481"&gt;@kevingerbs1968&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, we have no idea who you are, nor do we have access to your account, so cannot help in that way, but if you have something like Skype, you should be able to ring customer service for free, see my signature.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you not able to do the verification via another way?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no email to contact EE either so you would have to contact them another way, or are you not able to change the spend cap via your account? I thought that was only for use when in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried ringing both and the usual texts but it rings but&amp;nbsp; do not register my calls and texts to 150 and&amp;nbsp; cut off even with +44 even calling from both Sim cards but calling WIfi is&amp;nbsp; with local sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried to do it with skype yesterday and they ask for a subscription which i wanted to pay but they would not&amp;nbsp; authorise my Payments with diferent cards .my internet and wifi are fine with local provider&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your help anyway i can give my number numbers if you think it would help..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this seems quite a common problems with customers ...&amp;nbsp; EE need to get Paid staff to deal with these issues...and not to rely on forums to answer customer complaint i might have to raise this with OFCOM as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Best wishes Kevingerbs1968&lt;/P&gt;</description>
