What does "changing phone" mean in the context of your call with CS?

Were the symptoms consistent across all Italian networks?

@Pr0gramm3d , if you have roaming enabled, and you are in a European Country, then you should be able to make calls as if at home. I have been abroad and it has worked, and if you have been charged, when you come back to the UK, just ring customer service, they should refund you. This happened to me when I went to Egypt and before I went there, spoke to EE, making sure that I could make calls without charge, but paying a fee, and got the money back, refunded.
