I have been using ee sim since 6 months and don't what suddenly happened i am unable to make calls or use mobile data, But I can receive calls

I haveen using ee sim since 6 months it's working fine until yesterday don't know what happened i am unable to make calls or use mobile data it's saying that you cannot make any outgoing calls and still have 15 days more for my pack to expire But i can receive calls
