I am calling 150 from my business phone and navigating the menus to Technical Support. I then get a message that this service is not available.

What to do?

When ever someone tries to call my phone they get a message saying the phone is turned off.

That sounds like the automated message given out when a phone is unreachable or has unconditional diverts, but voicemail is disabled.

Does your phone show coverage indicators and can you make outgoing calls? Can you dial your voicemail on 222 or speed-dial 1? Is this a recent problem?

All call diverts are switched off and I can make calls and call voicemail.
