Voice mail

I have 3 voicemails, when I listed to the first none of the option keys work eg if I press 3 to delete nothing happens. It's the same for all of the option keys. Very frustrating as I can't move on to listen to my other voice messages. Can anyone help with this?

Just to check first of all, are you in the UK at the moment, or are you abroad?
Also when you press the keys to navigate your voicemail menus, do you hear a tone?

I'm abroad at the moment but had the same problem in the UK.

When I press the keys (eg 3 to delete) I can hear the tone as normal.

Thanks @ADamSki7, what model of phone are you using?
Also if you call other numbers that use a keypad menu system, for example 150, do these respond with no issue?

If I dial 150 the keypad menu works. It just seems to be voicemail. I've got an iPhone 14.

Thanks @ADamSki7, whilst this is going to seem really basic, I'd recommend checking your phone is fully up to date at the moment, and also try giving it a restart too.

If you continue to struggle, I'd recommend reaching out to our technical support team once you're able to, and they'll be able to check how your mailbox is set up from our end.
