&lt;P&gt;When you call there is 2 options to select, you can select option 1 for the visual service which will send you a text, Or, option 2 which will then provide further options to speak to one of the team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having issues getting through to EE, as of late whenever I try to call I’m being to told by the automated voice that the office is closed at 5pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends &amp;nbsp;and then it tells me to call back during opening hours. But when I check on the website it’s say they are open till 8/9pm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I don’t get the same automated options I used to only option 1 and 2 and I know there are more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Leanne,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No, I do not have a business account&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The number I call is 150 from my mobile device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I used to get up to 5 options to select from when I called, now it's only 2&lt;BR /&gt;and none of the options are for an upgrade (which used to be option 3)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The options are for billing and broadband.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have had this issue for a month&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looking forward to your help with this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jahrika</description>
