I don't receive SMS from Brazil, e-notary system.

Hello, I need to receive a confirmation SMS for my number. But I'm not receiving it. The SMS is from the e-notary system, there in Brazil.

Have you been able to receive texts from this system to your EE number in the past or is this the first time trying? Have you input your UK number in the correct international format with the +44 in this system?

@vanessatoledo Thanks for confirming, for this issue it would be best to give our team a call on 150 with a text example, time and date of an attempted message from the system. Our team will run some checks and be able to see if the message is actually arriving to the EE network or not.
