Can't Divert All Calls To Another Mobile (Android)

I've just switched to an EE PAYG pack. On my Pixel 6 Pro with my previous (pay monthly) provider, I could divert all calls to another mobile number. However, repeated attempts to do this with the new SIM result in failure.

The preset diverts on busy, unavailable etc to voicemail all work.

Any help gratefully received!

PAYG only supports call diverts to voicemail. If you want to divert to another number, you'd need to be on pay-monthly contract.

@plurwill look on your device it’s a device operated option. It’s called call forwarding and it’s usually in the phone app settings.
