PPP leads to PPCS

Hello. Just a moan..I had 4 sims with BT, I had to cancel one last week . I was told I was moving to EE. After more than 50 yrs of BT landline BB, Mobiles with no problems I am now without Service. 2 factor authentication cant be received so no access to NHS or bank accounts or texts with appointments or a call about a funeral.

BT 150 was very helpful for 45mins and said he'd sort it but the musics crap. At the onset of war the first thing that will be knocked out will be mobile comms! God help us.

Still as Wally batty used to say "Musnt grumble"

Nope as yet, no service, strangely the sim in our ipad now shows EE..
