      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve got a replacement device from apple since my other device was damaged and I transferred all the data to new phone even the SIM card. But it’s still shows no service, I restarted the phone, took sim out and put it again. Tried Selecting network manually. Check solution online. I tried everything. And I can’t call or message we because there’s no service on my phone. I’m not receiving any calls or messages as well. It’s affecting my work. Please help asap&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You mention "tried selecting network manually" - what was the result of this? Did EE show available? What happened when you tried selecting?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Check solution online" - what solution did you try - can you be more specific? Same question for "I tried everything" - what does "everything" include?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
