      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are add-ons that are available to significantly reduce the cost of sending text messages abroad, but equally if you'd rather not pay - don't send them! I vaguely recall these come in bundles of 60 &amp;amp; 120 texts and work out at a few pence per message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Messaging apps will use the internet to send &amp;amp; receive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
