07418370376 isn't a genuine EE number.

If you receive any texts from the number forward them to 7726.

Just had 07418 370376 call me at 10:32 pretending to be EE letting me know I can upgrade however I’ve just recently upgraded

Thanks for letting us know about this.

It is not a number that EE would use. Can you text CALL followed by the number to 7726 to report it as a spam call?

It is also worth blocking the call so they don't come through to you again.

It’s a big scam had the same contact number today phone me the exact way EE send you a pin on the EE text message as well…. Offering big discounts… was a bit unsure so rang EE and they explained that they will want personal details to gain access to your account to order equipment to steel off door step!! Go careful people!! Unless you phone EE yourself don’t entertain it

Or if the call was from our Direct Partners at Phone numbers EE partners will call from.

If you're concerned about unsolicited contact from other companies, you can visit How to avoid and prevent scams including phishing, vishing and smishing for hints on how to block and prevent these.

You can also report the call to be investigated at Report a scam call | Help
Alternatively, text CALL followed by the number that called you, to 7726 .

Hi today 9 April 2026

Did someone really call me from EE ?? 1pm UK

just received a call from Indian lady saying she’s from EE

number was 07389 091805

calling to ask if everything is ok

any issues on the network?

I just said “NO”

she put the phone down

All very unprofessional and abruptly

I’ve blocked the number
