I can send message via whatsapp, even if the wifi capability is turned off.&nbsp;</P><P>I'm still getting mobile data through. I can access a website on the browser, even if the wifi functionality is turned off.</P><P>I seem to be not receiving any phone calls though. I think I do receive (some? all?)
