&lt;P&gt;EE have introduced anti-spam measures on inbound automated SMS in recent time, and LinkedIn isn't the first to have issues with bulk/automated-SMS since. There have been anecdotal comments about 3UK experiencing similar, and O2 have also deployed very similar technology.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In these scenarios, if the end-user (LinkedIn or their bulk wholesaler) has been advised of the reasons for the "block", it is their responsibility to make any necessary changes. Advising their CS to blame an individual network would be an easy alternative.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This could of course, all be total speculation and the issue may be something else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Not receiving LinkedIn Verification SMS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past 2 days I am not getting any LinkedIn text . Contacted LinkedIn who mentioned the issue is with EE blocking them .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to log in, as an HR it is a massive problem. EE is also blocking verification calls from LinkedIn&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does the website have any alternative means of verifying you? They should do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here for the last two days - I'm receiving OTPs from other companies, just not LinkedIn. Ditto the "verify by phone call" doesn't generate a call either. I've been locked out of my account since Wednesday as a result.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This still seems to be an issue as of August 2025, for me it happened when I was trying to log into a throwaway LinkedIn account and get past the phone verification step. I'm going to assume the intermediary that LinkedIn uses for SMS/phone verification is probably rather shoddy and that may be why EE aren't letting their texts through, I can receive other OTPs fine from EE and other companies though for reference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
