    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a new phone so I decided to switch to esim all was fine untill I noticed I don't have voLTE and now when ever I try to ring someone I doesn't work I've ordered a replacement sim card in hopes that it works but is there anything I can do in the mean time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes leaving the physical SIM in the device can cause a conflict.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;VoLTE option has been removed from some device firmware's, in that it is permanently switched on with no longer an option to disable it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've taken the sim card out and I've also got data I've got a s22 ultra and I try to turn VoLTE on it turn on but it doesn't show the symbol and also when it rings it just say you've dial a incorrect number even when I phone 150 so I'm stuck really like I said I ordered a replacement sim card on the ee app hoping that it fixes it but if you can think of anything that will help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your data is working but calls aren't, I would say we need to double check this in closer detail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've recently upgraded or changed your plan, our team can make sure all the right things are included too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;contact us&lt;/A&gt; from a different device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
