    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4502198"&gt;@azografos&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Welcome to the EE Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When a PayG SIM hasn't been used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days then the account will go into hibernation and any credit will be removed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;After a further 90 days the service will be permanently cancelled and cannot be reactivated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're outside of the 90 days and line is fully disconnected it won't be possible to reactivate your line, recover your number or request a PAC code to transfer to any other network. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mobile number is deactivated and I want to activate it again or port it back to three&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;through EE 150 they say the number has gone back to three but without pac I can’t seem to be able to get it back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advise&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say your number is deactivated, what exactly do you mean? Are you saying it's been disconnected? It's no longer yours if so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or are you saying it's a PAYG line that's been hibernated for non-usage but is still within the 6-9month grace period before outright disconnection?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was it a native EE-issued number or one that you'd ported in from 3UK? If not, what's the significance of the comment "gone back to 3"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
