Hi I’ve diverted my phone to another number but for some reasons calls won’t go through I’m in turkey atm other phone is in Uk

A few things to check here...

Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG? Have you been able to use your phone abroad previously?

What do you mean by "calls won't go through" - what happens when someone calls you?

My phone has been diverted to my business partner while I’m abroad to take phone calls. When I was on 3G this wasn’t a problem but with EE I can’t place any calls. Or take any for that matter as it says phone calls can’t be accepted? I’m losing business just by my phone number not being diverted!

When you say "when I was on 3G", do you mean the 3 network, or do you mean you were an EE-3G user before upgrading to a 4G phone?
