SIM issue

Im having exact same problem and was told exact same thing, ive changed my phone as the guy at the ee store told me its a faulty phone but still same issue. Got another sim still same issue. Called ee they changed spend cap still same issue, ee aint got a clue whats happening.

I cnt make calls to china, evereytime I call an international number it
states calls to this number are barred from this device. Ive tried
different a different phone with my sim and it states the same thing, ive
been on the phone to ee technical who state there should be no issue, been
to ee store who stated it is my phone so i got a new one but the issue
stays the same. im on a business line so i need this sorted or i need to
change provider which i dont want to do
