Phone won't accept 0330 number

My Sansung S23 won't accept calls from a solicitors 0330 number. It doesn't ring then I get a message saying sorry they missed me. It says the number has been blocked by the phone as spam, how do I lift this as I need to take this call?

Whom or what is "it" that says the number has been blocked? And how does "it" communicate this to the caller?

The first test would be for the caller to withhold their number and see if the same thing happens.

Have you tried checking your Samsung Call Spam settings?

Open the Phone app as though you're going to make a call, go to the 3-dot menu, select settings and slide off Caller ID & spam protection, or click that option and either turn off block spam and scam calls, or check only block high-risk scam calls.

You can then check if calls from your solicitors come through.
