    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to revive this chat but I am new to EE and has been experiencing this same issue. I am inable to ring my friend's Vodafone number. I get the message: "you've dialed an incorrect number". Vodafone can't seem to pinpoint the issue and says their end seem fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the problem kinda seems to be with the other phone provider and not exactly EE. Although the real issue is a corrupted database while porting the phone details from another provider. I was told there is an article on OFCOM that relates to this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
