I've been having trouble for the last two days of making phone calls and all EE keeps saying is call someone I'm gonna call someone I can't use my phone to ring out or receive calls just wondering if anyone out here could help me out

What's the problem you're having with making calls?

Are you in the UK or abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Does your phone show coverage indicators? What happens when you try making calls?

Higher yes everything else is working is paying monthly I just can't call
anyone it hands up straight away and now one control me it just says lines
busy

You sent me a message of EE saying they have sorted the problem out you have not sorted any problem still can't make any phone calls and receive any phone calls everything else is working fine just I can't phone anyone I will receive any phone calls that's part of the same before but with some reason you're saying just to a signal of test for my phone which does bother all then you say you need to call someone how can I call someone when I can't make a phone call out or make a phone call in really do need someone to sort the problem out

Hey again @Deanune, I'm sorry to hear you're still struggling with this.

If all other services seem to be working normally, then there's a chance the issue may lie elsewhere other than signal.

Have your calls worked successfully in the past?

Also have you made any changes to your account or plan recently?

@Deanune Did your calls start working again after you last posted and have stopped again? Or have they still not been working since your original message?

What happens when you try to call? Do you get a recorded message for example?
