How the hell am I supposed to get help when your numbers just lead to AI. This is literally so annoying Im crying with frustration

You are not alone. EE / BT are beyond saving. I have had ongoing problems on a weekly basis since mid February, with no lines. then incoming lines only then no going lines. I have made 36 telephone calls to "Guides" who contradict each other. I seems that the right hand doesn't have a clue as to what the left hand is doing.
