@GARMO10 : Are you on PAYG? If so, to use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by having texted ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by having texted ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.

Welcome to the community.

If you are able to renew your plan now, you can login to the EE app or website and head to the Upgrades section and choose a new SIM Only plan from there.

Alternatively, there is a chat option in the EE app by going to Help then Message Us, or you can give our team a call or visit an EE store.
