When I send a text saying ba for balance to 150 I get a reply saying sorry this service is temporarily unavailable

The command for your balance is either AL or BALANCE

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team can get this looked into for you to see why the text messages to 150 are not working.

I spoke to them and they are aware of the problem but don’t know how long it will take to be sorted she said roughly 7 days

I called them at beginning of this month and they said they knew about n would take about a week but it still hasn’t been fixed
