Why when people ring me it says the number doesn't exist I can't even receive messages my bill ain't even due yet what's going on

Can you make outgoing calls?

If you send a text message to your own number, does it arrive?

No it doesn't IV paid my bill aswell I can't receive calls,messages or
anything it says emergency only when people call it says number doesn't
exist

No I can't even ring 150 it says can't connect to mobile network ,I paid my bill yet when people ring it says sorry this number doesn't exist I'm not even receiving texts or anything it's like my phone has being shut down I can't even log in with my number to get on to the live chat

Are you able to test your SIM in another device?
