I agree with you. Ee blocked my text messages from eBay & Uber & I’ve been stranded and also lost money because of it. I called to say the service was not fit for my purposes but they are still refusing to refund my contract so I intend to go to the newspapers as I think it’s appalling for them to control who we receive texts from or not.
ee said it’s in the contract we signed but couldn’t find my contract so if anyone has seen this in the contract please show me

We should make a class action against ee and I am leaving for the same reason but they won’t refund me.

That’s what I was told but eBay and Uber only use texts and the whole point of these complaints is where and when did ee decide to choose which texts they send and which they don’t. This issue has left me stranded when the uber driver’s texts did not reach me and has lost me money on eBay sales. It’s time you made this issue clear as it also cost me a fortune in time stress and effort trying to find out that the issue was blatantly the fault of EE

They won’t allow me to leave my contract early without paying and I’m furious and intend to take it up with newspapers and legally as it’s disgusting

eBay OTP & other automated texts are arriving to my phone perfectly fine.
