Missed Call Not Showing

I am not getting alerts if I have a missed call. If I am on the phone and someone calls me, my phone does not leave me a text.

If they leave a voicmail I get that text, but if they dont, my phone does not allow me to know who has rang.

I am having the same problem. I have reset network settings also but still not working.

Two separate posts merged into one.

What you're describing sounds normal for missed-call texts.

If a call rings on your phone, then your phone's call log notifies you - and voicemail will advise of a message being left.

Missed call texts are sent when an incoming call misses your phone for whatever reason, and no VM is deposited.

Hi, It is not logging it in the call log either.

If i am on the phone and some one calls me and doesnt leave a vm I just dont receive anything to show they rang. It doesnt send me a text and it doesnt show on my log.
