I need my call history for a date in 2019 five years ago I am being told this information can’t be provided by ee even if I used a SAR that will only show six to twelve months of call history any ideas

I am not surprised that does seem a long time, but the only way is probably for the courts to order it, although not sure that would be possible either. No idea how long EE keep records of call history.

Out of interest, why do you need call history for 5 years ago?

I have some doubts that EE hold details for that long, but also suspect that it would take a court order to get anything beyond 12months.
