No one can call me and I can't call anyone either. But my phone is always switched on and my account is topped up, the connection shows that there is a connection, texts also come. What could be wrong?

What happens when you try making a call? Same question for sending a text message.

When did you last restart your phone?

Text messages are also not being sent. When I try to call someone, the call is immediately cancelled and there is not even a dial tone. I have already rebooted the phone several times.
