Looking to add international roaming to our account...i have 4 mobiles on our plan which all need international roaming so we dont can the daily charge. Please advise

To activate roaming on your account please text ROAMING to 150 from all four handsets.

Are you wanting to purchase a Roaming Pass for your entire trip or are you looking at the daily charge?

To clarify - roaming itself is free of charge and enables access to foreign networks. Each phone that wants to roam needs to activate this else will have no service outside the UK.

Your choice of billing add-ons is separate, each phone roaming within the EU will either be subject to the daily charge or need to choose the monthly add-on.

@Bec48 : You may use your usual UK allowances in the EU with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more. If on contract & your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2.47 / day charge on each phone for using your UK allowances in EU or alternatively you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £25 / billing month.

As you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 on each phone before you leave UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your account.
