You should be looking to see if KCom provides an SMTP server on other than Port 25, e.g. 465.

If they don't have such an SMTP server, as I suspect, then you may only send emails when connected to their BB network.

Hi,

I can only send emails when connected to my email providers wifi (Kcom). The kcom website says i need the outgoing SMTP server for your mobile network provider. Ive tried looking in other forums and not been able to find this

The current outgoing settings which dont work on mobile data or other wifis are:

server: smtp.karoo.co.uk

port: 25

security type: none

Thanks

EE-mobile don't offer an SMTP mail service. If your email provider offer authenticated SMTP, you should use that.
