Please help, I am unable to call uk mobile numbers from my phone. It works on 0208 or 0207 numbers. Can anyone help me I’m in a pickle as trying to call my kids in uk from spain.

020 is the London prefix, are you able to call other landline numbers?

What happens when you try calling other mobile numbers?

Sorry your call can’t be continued…on a loop repeat when calling any mobile number.

It works on 01 numbers too.

These are unusual symptoms - try manually selecting an alternative local network, are the symptoms identical?

When you say "it works on 01 numbers too", are you saying that you can call these numbers? Or that you can't call these numbers?

How about 03 prefixed landlines?

@sheeba-p Are you putting 44 or +44 at the start of the number instead of the 0
