My mobile is currently playing up, but my EE mobile number is registered to receive mobile text to receive text access codes, and I do not have another spare mobile phone to move the sim card to in order to read the mobile text received.

Is there another way to have access to mobile text messages received without using the mobile phone the text was sent to, or can they only be picked up with the mobile phone sim card I currently have?

I am not a tekkie or up to date with latest network/mobile jargon, so any helpful advice, please reply in layman terms 🙂

No, texts can only be received by the phone no. they are sent to. If the phone is working it might be possible to have them read out by a device the phone is connected to, like a Car Entertainment system, I think.
