Unable to receive calls

Good morning, 2 weeks ago I tried to get hold of my elderly father whilst I was abroad but his phone never rang out.

Since returning to the UK, I have had other family members also say the same thing when trying to call my dad.

Last week, my wife couldn't reach me as the exact same thing happened to me. No connection availability.

Today, my wife has tried me 4 times and ended up ringing my works telephone number to reach me...

What is going on here??

Both my father and I are on EE and we have been for years. No new phones, no change in settings, usual phone off and back on again and no porting of numbers???

This is not on!!

Did you activate roaming before travelling abroad?

Could you use data and send texts OK?

Are you able to contact your father OK now?

Do calls connect to your wife?
