I was just trying to determine whether there was one specific service that you were having this problem with. Do you have another device that you could try putting your SIM in, to see if you can receive them on that?

Hey mate, you need to contact customer service if you’re not receiving nexts properly. If you’ve moved numbers or recently had a new plan it may not have been connected correctly. Best to contact and open a case!
