Hi There, my Wife has the same issue with Whatsapp, we have tried everything but still don't receive the verification code - did you manage to resolve the issue. I am desperate now, any help, greatly appreciated

Thanks for the reply Katie. She can receive texts fine, not sure about other verification codes - how would we check that?

Hi @Orla99.

Other verification codes could come from banks etc.

If you are still unsure, please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team will be happy to look into this for you.
