To clarify - you've been roaming in Morocco and have been able to make & receive calls, send & receive text messages until now?

Does your phone show a connection to any local networks? Are the symptoms the same across each of them if you manually select an alternative? What happens when you try making a call?

Strat some marocco language say somethink i add spend cap 20£ start working again yetserday but again stop last night and i dont know what to do cand find anymore spend cap and cant even make call 150 to tell them to activate for me some extra minutes,big problem is i have bussines in uk and need answer call but i cant even recive any calls

If you text BALANCE to 150, the response should include details of your unbilled spend, is this close to your spend cap limit? You may need to increase the cap if so - https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/billing-usage-and-top-up/track-and-manage-your-usage/how-do-i-set-up-and-manage-spend-cap

Otherwise try a manual network search and select an alternative local operator - check if the symptoms are the same. If they are, an account issue is more likely the cause.
