How can I access live chat or get to speak to a human?

I'm trying to reset my voicemail pin and I've tried 150 and clicking the link but can't get any options for the solution I need.

Hi @indexometer

Try texting VM OFF to 150 and that will deactivate the service.

You can access chat via the EE app.

Thanks but the app doesn't have live chat and the calling or messaging options in the app all lead back to Aimee which doesn't help.

I need to hear the latest voicemail left for me. I listened to a message a few minutes before, no problem, then the next time I try I'm asked for a pin which I don't know.

Is 2201 the correctcorrect voicemail number ? (Galaxy S7 mobile).

Calling 222 says it's out of service.

Hi @indexometer

Our Voicemail help page says, to contact your voicemail:

press and hold 1
if you're calling from another phone, dial 07953 222 222 (UK) or +44 7953 222 222 (abroad)
you'll need to have set up and be ready to enter your voicemail PIN to listen to your voicemail messages from another phone

Have you tried texting VM OFF to 150 and then VM ON to 150, to see if this helps you get access to the voicemail?
