&lt;P&gt;Or have you travelled abroad and your phone has never worked? That's a different scenario - if so, are you on pay-monthly or PAYG?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have opened the link you've shared and unfortunately, there is no option to start the online chat with customer support. I'm in Brazil and for some reason my sin card stopped working this is very inconvenient because I need to receive messages for authorisation. How else can I contact the support team to check what the problem is? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
