What are the EE Call Charges to all pre-fix numbers

I almost called a premium rate 09 number today

Does anyone have an EE specific list of ALL the pre-fix numbers and the rate per Minute charges that are associated with calling those numbers, such as; 0845, 0871, 09 etc.
