Can’t receive One time only Passcode from EE only. But can get them from banks and another place and can receive normal text messages

No at home in the UK and retrieving normal text message and OTP from another company like facebook and banks but can’t get them from EE app or website trying to link my new broadband to my account.

No I’m with Sky mobile coming up to my contract ending soon. Thinking about moving to EE for mobile phone as well in about 5 weeks time.

Just trying to to link my NEW EE broadband to my EE account what I just setup But went I do is say we have sent you OTP to this mobile number and Yes the number is correct BUT is a no show don’t receive any text from EE with OTP.

I Receive text messages from another company and everything seems to be working fine BUT NOT WITH EE OTP

Thanks for getting back to me @Bmaskell123.

I would recommend giving your network provider a call to see if there is anything stopping you receiving verification codes from EE.
